1. Children’s Adventure Zone

Whistler’s very own miniature amusement park with over a dozen outdoor attractions. Activities like bungy trampoline, electric go-carts, Westcoaster luge and mini golf are guaranteed to be a blast for the whole family. Open daily from June 13 – September 7 from 10am – 6pm Sunday through Thursday and 10am – 8pm on Friday and Saturday.

2. PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola and Mountain Top BBQ

Get the full alpine experience with panoramic views of Whistler Village and the Coast Mountain Range. The record-breaking gondola will take you 4.4km in 11minutes between the iconic Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. On both sides, you’ll find a wide array of hiking trails, glacial lakes and iconic Inukshuk statues. End the dayoff with live music and a Mountaintop BBQ offered every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. BBQs run from June 27 – September 6 and the Peak 2 Peak Gondola is open daily from May 23 – October 12.

3. White Water Rafting

Whether you’re looking for a scenic river cruise or a new level of adrenaline high, the rivers surrounding Whistler have something for everyone. Some light paddling is required, but the rapids do most of the hard work for you. Tours run daily all summer long and and a PFD, wetsuit and helmet are included. 4. Zip Lining

Fly over treetops and across mountain ranges along a series of cables on an exciting zip line tour. 5. Mountain Bike Camps

Whether you’re new to the world of down hill mountain biking or a seasoned cross country pro, there are camps for everyone at the largest lift-accessed bike park in the world and fun trails around the nearby lakes and mountains. Kids can enjoy the Kids Adventure Camps or daily group lessons that set them up with a bike rental, lift ticket and a day full of smiles. Meanwhile, adults can learn the basics of downhill mountain biking in Bike Park 101 or refine their technical skills during an Adult Daily Group Lesson.

6. Valley Trail and Lakeside Beaches

The Valley Trail is the perfect place to go for a gentle ride with the family and cruise to the lakeside beach for a swim and a picnic. Whistler’s Valley Trail Network offers 40 km of paved pedestrian/bicycle trails that link parks, beaches, neighbourhoods, and playgrounds.

7. Adventure Day Camps

Kids aged 3-12 explore the natural and cultural wonders Whistler offers in the resort’s daily Adventure Camp. Activities range from a day at the Water Park to trips to the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre and run Monday – Friday from June 29 until August 28.

8. Whistler Children’s Festival

From July 10-12, check out craft workshops, street performers, face painting, an all ages dance party and more during the ultimate family-friendly weekend. Free events take place all day long throughout the festival at the Whistler Olympic Plaza in the heart of the village.
