Snow falls quietly outside as you step in from the slopes, cheeks rosy from the mountain air. Skis rest by the door while the gas fireplace crackles, warming the living space after a full day on the hill. Large picture windows frame forested views, offering a peaceful backdrop to your winter stay.

The space
Set within Woodrun Lodge, this single-level condo places you close to the mountain with convenient ski access to Merlin’s run. An elevator provides easy access, and the building offers 24-hour staff along with self check-in for a smooth arrival.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage, and a TV for relaxed evenings in. A den serves as the second sleeping area and includes a twin bunk bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. Two full bathrooms - one ensuite with a bathtub and shower, and a second with a glass-enclosed shower - make mornings simple for groups of up to four guests.

Living area
The bright living room invites you to unwind with plush seating, a 32” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Step onto the private balcony for fresh mountain air between runs. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, and the dining table seats four comfortably. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before skiing or a relaxed dinner indoors, the space is set up for easy gathering.

Building amenities
Guests have access to a shared heated outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared gym. Secure ski and bike storage is available in the building - please bring your own lock. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are included, along with in-unit laundry for added convenience.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

The Neighbourhood

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Getting Around

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop

Other Things To Note

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

We very much appreciated the management's proactive instructions for a late check-in. The unit was as described. The complex and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the convenient ski lockers, super short walk to the ski hill and hot-tub/pool.

Very nice apartment
We are regulars and have stayed in various apartment units at Woodrun over the years for our annual ski holidays. This unit is very tastefully decorated and everything works. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are dated but they work fine and are tough as nail with a build quality you can no longer find in today's appliances - I like them as they are. The Whistler Platinum crew is great and ever willing to help with request or issues with very fast response time. Special shout-out to Luke at the front desk who is such a guest-centric gentleman with a warm and friendly personality.

We are a group of four staying at this lovely apartment for 8 nights. Both check-in and out were smooth as they would text you details in msg and check in on you a few days in advance to confirm everything. The staff at the reception desk are also very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable. It was quite cold in the first two days during our stay but the heater and the stove kept us warm. The host was so nice to have given us two bottles of wine as gifts for Xmas. More importantly, this is a true ski-in and out lodge that could be easily accessed if you go down and turn right before hitting the bottom of the Blackcomb gondola. We had a fantastic stay and had nothing to complain.

Great place for skiing!
The condo was exactly as described, the management staff was very responsive and friendly, and the location was really great for getting on/off the mountain (especially for this girl who HATES walking in her ski boots). I will give you a little tip if you're staying here, though: make sure you look for ALL the thermostats in the unit (I believe there are 5). If you don't change all of them, you'll have a hard time getting the condo to the temperature you want.

Great value and location for ski in/ski out
From booking to check-in to assistance during our stay to check-out we had a pleasant experience at the Woodrun Lodge. Whistler Platinum was very professional and easy to contact. We rented 2 similar units for our group of 8 and it was perfect. Ski in/Ski out and hot tub for after skiing was great. The location was within a 10-15 minute walk from the main village and 5 minute walk from the upper village. On site parking was a plus.

Woodrun 416 Fab
Our family (2 ad, 2 boys 11 and 13) were easily accommodated at this spacious living area apartment/condo. It was warm, comfortable and had a modern kitchen. The 2nd bedroom (study) didn't have a window but we were happy that the kids had a room and were not in the lounge. The best thing about Woodrun is that it is right on the Wizard run so ski in and ski out is perfect for the avid skier. From the door of the locker room to the slope is 25 metres.
