Treeline 31 accommodates up to seven guests across three bedrooms and two baths. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and an ensuite with a jetted soaker tub and an overhead shower. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with built-in storage, while the other offers a queen bed and ample closet space. A shared bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower completes the layout.
Living spaces
Large windows bring in forest views and soft natural light, creating a peaceful backdrop for unwinding after time outdoors. The open-concept main level offers space to gather by the indoor fireplace for movies, board games, or slow winter mornings. A mudroom near the entrance keeps ski gear organized throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, heated tile floors, and the essentials for preparing meals at home. An adjoining dining area seats six, offering an easy place to share breakfast before heading out or relaxed dinners after returning from the slopes.
Outdoor living
The private deck sits among the evergreens and provides a quiet place to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Guests have access to a shared hot tub within the Treeline complex, ideal for soothing muscles after skiing or winter hiking. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, with additional guest parking available on a first-come basis. A private entrance and smart lock make coming and going simple.
Essentials & comforts
In-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, WiFi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace support a comfortable stay. Bedroom and bathroom essentials are provided, along with extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Set within the Benchlands area, Treeline offers a peaceful forest environment with convenient access to Blackcomb Mountain. When snow permits, intermediate skiers can enjoy ski-home access via the Home Run trail. The free Whistler shuttle stops nearby, connecting you to the village's dining, shops, and lifts without needing to drive.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things To Note
• Portable air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and living room. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Treeline complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
