The kitchen’s Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors lend a sense of comfort on cold mornings as you prepare a warm breakfast before heading out for the day. Its layout supports easy conversation while you cook, and the adjacent balcony features a BBQ grill for year-round use when you want to enjoy the mountain air. A dining table inside offers space for shared meals after an active day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, its own gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while the third bedroom includes another queen bed with nearby wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these two rooms. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom offers a king-split bed with a private ensuite and deep soaking bathtub, while the fifth bedroom features another king-split bed with easy access to a bathroom equipped with a glass-enclosed shower.
Outdoor living & amenities
A practical mudroom with a bench and boot dryer makes winter transitions simple as you come and go from your days on the trails. The lower-level patio provides outdoor seating, and guests can unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex. Additional comforts include in-suite laundry, high-speed wifi, indoor fireplace, heating, a dedicated workspace, and secure underground parking for two vehicles with free street parking available.

Set along the complimentary shuttle route, the townhouse offers convenient access to Whistler Village, nearby slopes, and the trail networks surrounding Lost Lake. The area's winter landscape provides ample opportunities for skiing, snowshoeing, and exploring the alpine environment.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
