Vaulted rooms and floor-to-ceiling glass frame the surrounding mountains, lake, and forest, creating a warm place to return to after a day on the slopes. An elevator links each floor, and a double garage plus additional parking helps arrivals feel effortless.
Kitchen & dining
At the center of the home, a kitchen fitted with Gaggenau appliances makes shared meals easy and unhurried. Gather at the wrap-around breakfast bar that seats twelve, or settle in for long dinners at the 12-person dining table. With a scullery kitchen, butler’s pantry, and outdoor BBQ grill, hosting flows naturally from indoors to the terraces.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests, with a thoughtful mix of private suites and relaxed bunk spaces. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, balcony, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and heated floors. Three additional king bedrooms include private ensuites, while a fifth king bedroom offers a workspace and freestanding tub. On the lower level, two bunk rooms each hold two queen-sized bunk beds, both with private bathrooms.
Well-being & leisure
After skiing, return to the ski plaza and store gear in the boot room with dryers and warmers. Unwind with a soak in the hot tub or a swim in the heated infinity pool overlooking the peaks. A cedar sauna and steam shower are tucked into the spa area, while the home theatre and games space offer cozy nights in.
Outdoor living
Multiple terraces bring you close to the mountain air, with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen for winter grilling when conditions allow.
Neighborhood
Perched within Whistler’s private Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers ski-in/ski-out access to Whistler Mountain, with the exclusive Kadenwood Gondola descending to Creekside Village for dining and shopping. Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall, typically beginning in late December and ending in March.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
