Living space
The open-concept living area is designed for slowing down. Hardwood floors, a skylight, and generous windows fill the space with natural light, even on snowy days. You can relax by the presto log fireplace with the TV on or settle into the seating area with a book as the snow falls outside. A dedicated workspace with both a regular desk and a standing desk makes it easy to check in on work or plan the next day’s adventures.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a cozy dinner back in. There’s a dining table for four where you can linger over coffee or share a meal after a day in the mountains. Everything is laid out to make cooking and cleanup simple during longer winter stays.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king split bed, a reading nook, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed and its own desk area, along with shared access to the balcony. A second bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, giving everyone space to get ready comfortably.

Outdoor space
The balcony extends the living area outdoors, offering forest views and fresh alpine air year-round. In winter, it’s a quiet place to step out between snowfall and sunsets, accessible from both the living room and the second bedroom. A private entrance and mudroom make it easy to transition between outdoor gear and indoor comfort.

Amenities
You’ll have in-suite laundry, high-speed wifi, heating, a safe, and bathroom essentials throughout your stay. Parking is available in a free parking garage on the premises, with additional free street parking nearby. Self check-in with a smart lock add flexibility to arrival and departure.

Neighborhood
Set in Whistler’s Benchlands area within the Gleneagle complex, the townhome is about a 10-minute walk - roughly 700 meters - to the Blackcomb Gondola, with a free village shuttle close by. Trails, Lost Lake access, and the Upper Village are all nearby, offering easy ways to explore Whistler throughout the winter season.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Located beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and Valley Trail, the Gleneagle complex offers peaceful townhomes just a short walk to Lost Lake, the Upper Village, and ski lifts. Enjoy forest views, easy access to the free shuttle, and a quiet retreat after mountain adventures.

• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
