Whistler premier was very responsive host. We appreciated having groceries being delivered before our arrival. Also unit was in good shape with everything in good working order. Bus stop to slopes was convenient. Only negative is parking spaces are VERY snug if you drive anything bigger than a compact car.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for the long weekend of biking in Whistler, it was so quiet and easy. The garage was a huge plus for all our bikes and the space felts well equipped for cooking. Would 100% stay there again.

This is a fantastic apartment for skiers and non skiers alike The spotlessly clean residence was the best equipped that I have ever stayed in - from a hairdryer for each bedroom to the pizza cutter and blender in the kitchen- this was truly a home from home - warm and very spacious and lovely toiletries too! The apartment is very well situated in a quiet complex , within easy reach, on foot ,for Blackcomb mountain,but also with a very convenient bus stop just outside that takes you efficiently to Whistler Village ( no 5)in just a few minutes.( connections there also for a bus to the big supermarket- no 4 bus) For non skiers, the cultural centre is just a few minutes away and nature trails to Lost Lake etc are just across the road. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend

Awesome Airbnb for a ski trip! Townhouse was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location! Close to shuttle stop, but also a walkable distance to Blackcomb and Whistler villages. Free parking (cover outdoor guest space and garage) and in-unit washer and dryer was such a plus!

Loved this condo. 3 full size bedrooms upstairs and then good sized living space downstairs. Great shower in the master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. When there is snow on the ground you can almost ski to the door (with one road crossing) both ways.

Our group of five had a wonderful stay here! The location was amazing, a quick walk to blackcomb base and whistler village, we never needed the car once we arrived. The condo had everything we needed for a great long weekend, all cooking gadgets, comfy couches and even shampoos. I'd highly recommend this property for groups of 6 or less.

We had a great stay in this spacious well appointed apartment. It had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. And there was plenty of space to relax. It's about a five minute walk to the nearest ski lift. A ten to fifteen minute walk to Whistler village. We'd highly recommend it.

This property was great for our family. Some rugs and furnishings were a little worn, but the property is well maintained and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were larger than we have had in other properties Whistler. We cooked in every night; the kitchen supplies were great. (As is often the case, bring your own knives if that is important to you!) The dryer was not working, and Whistler Platinum Management immediately had a service person out. When a part could not be found, they delivered another dryer so we could still do laundry. Ski slopes were easy to get to. The bus was handy for trips into the village. I would highly recommend the property and the company!

I'd recommend this place to anyone except those expecting to make a bit of noise. There is a flat directly under the townhouse with young children living in it. The people form below were really good and came and chatted to us before the first night along with how to find bars and music in town. They were friendly and we didn't hear from them again - it was on our mind to stay quiet though. Other than that, the place was comfortable, clean and close to the snow :) I'd stay again with a family but not with a bunch of mates.

We had a great time at Whistler\Blackcomb. The accommodation at Forest Trails was very comfortable and everything worked fine. Woodrun staff were very helpful for any thing that we needed. We would stay there again if we are luckly enough to return next year. John.

The rental is closely located to Blackcomb's main lift, 500 metres, walking/skiing distance. This added to the enjoyment of our stay in Whistler. It is also closely located to the shopping area so no need to drive too far to get food or buy something on the spur of the moment. The property has been recently renovated and is in good condition. The 3 bedrooms are excellent. The living room/kitchen/dinning space is compact but practical. Wifi access is excellent. Having a parking garage connected to the propetry is a great asset. Staff from Platinum were outstanding in responding to our calls. The property was very clean and sleaning staff came again half way through our stay which added to our comfort and enjoyment. A few things needs fixing:shower heads in both bathrooms upstairs: We had them changed but the new ones were not very good. The curtains in the dinning and living room areas need some attention as some pieces kept falling off. Some of the fixtures in the en suite bathroom needs to be better secured so they do not fall off the wall...But hese are minor things which did not affect our holiday time. We would reant again without any hesitation.

The unit needs some minor attention and maintenance. For example: - shower curtains were moldy - closet door in the foyer doesnt open w/o rubbing the ground. It rubs a LOT. Not easy to open; therefore we avoided using that closet. - There is some kind of leak from the bathrooms upstairs into the kitchen (left of the stove) - There is a hodge podge of pots and pans that barely met our cooking needs - the parking pass we were given was broken, so we couldnt hang it on the rear view mirror. Despite the fact that I put the pass on the dashboard we were towed. The towing company was RUDE and WRONG and it cost us over $250. I feel like the rental company is partially responsible since the pass they provided was broken to begin with.

There is a ski path from the location behind the chateau which brings you to bottom of the blackcomb, it is much faster than getting the bus. Enjoy

The family all had a great time over Christmas and New Year. The house was very comfortable and warm and we felt very at home there. There was a slight disapointment that we were unable to play DVDs brought from the UK on the equipment in the house but, that was the only negative. I do suggest that guests are made aware of the short cut to the Blackcomb base, which means that it's accessible by a short walk, instead of waiting for the bus (although this is a very good service). We only found the short cut on our last evening and couldn't believe how much easier it would have been for us, had we known about it! Our thanks to all at Whistler Platinum, especially Erin Lea, who did a fantastic job for us. We would certainly recommend you to anyone. Many thanks Liz Reveley
