Things to Know
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Fitzsimmons Walk 24 met our expectations. We stayed at the property last year while skiing at Whistler Blackcomb and returned again this year. Beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location in walking distance to Whistler Village. Recommend the cleaning staff mop the flooring better. The owner has a beautiful property and would expect thorough cleaning in preparation for guests renting the property. We mopped the kitchen flooring upon our arrival to remove stains from the prior guests. Some basic additions would be a can opener, a wooden cutting board and a small chair in the bedrooms. Other than those few exceptions, we will most likely rent again during the same time next year. Whistler Platinum property management company does a fabulous job. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Thank you for everything.
