Snow settles quietly over the surrounding forest while the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb rise beyond the windows. After a day on the slopes, the warmth of the indoor fireplace and the gentle steam of the private hot tub offer a welcome contrast to the crisp mountain air. Evenings unfold slowly here - gathering in comfortable living spaces, watching snow fall outside, and enjoying the calm of a quiet neighborhood just beyond the energy of the village.

Sleeping arrangements
This three-level townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that also warms the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a double vanity, deep-soaking bathtub, fireplace, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers twin beds and a TV. The shared ensuite includes a deep-soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed, desk, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room near the main entrance adds extra convenience.

Living spaces
Wide windows frame mountain views in the main lounge, where comfortable seating and a TV create a relaxed space to unwind after skiing or exploring Whistler. The indoor fireplace adds warmth during colder evenings, while air conditioning and heating maintain comfort year-round. A separate media room offers another gathering space with a large TV and a queen sofa bed, ideal for movie nights or additional sleeping space. Throughout the home, thoughtful touches like portable fans, a safe, and a dedicated workspace add practicality for longer stays.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for preparing meals after full days outdoors. Equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and a spacious center island, it opens naturally into the living area to keep everyone connected. A six-person breakfast bar provides casual seating for morning coffee, while the dining table seats eight comfortably for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and gather together throughout your stay.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private patio where the quiet of the forest surrounds you. The outdoor fireplace, seating area, and BBQ grill create a welcoming space to relax in the mountain air. The private hot tub sits nearby, offering a peaceful place to unwind beneath the winter sky after a day on Whistler’s trails and slopes. A patio and outdoor furniture provide additional space to enjoy the surroundings.

Amenities
The home includes Wifi, TV, a dedicated workspace, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, heating, and in-unit laundry. Bathroom essentials and bedroom essentials are provided, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for smooth arrivals. A private entrance and free parking garage on premises add convenience throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
Located just north of Whistler Village beside Fitzsimmons Creek, the home sits in a quiet enclave close to the village’s shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Nesters Market is located just across the road for groceries and essentials, and a scenic trail leads into the village in about ten minutes. The setting offers a balance of easy access to Whistler’s winter activities while still providing a calm place to return to at the end of the day.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10-minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Getting Around

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market Shopping Center which is home to a grocery store, a liquor store, a pharmacy, a cafe, a Mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant.
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots, and an additional 5-minute walk to the base of the mountain
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

Other Things To Note

• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Fabulous stay!
This unit was excellent for our group (5 women who each wanted some personal space). Kitchen was well equipped. I had to email to ask for more instruction re: espresso machine so it would be nice if it had been posted in the unit (it's NOT built-in but pulls out). The cleaning fee is high but the unit was in great condition when we checked in. Abundant towels and great hot tub that faces the Kirkpatrick Trail. 2 wine fridges including one in the lower level near the hot tub. Personal underground parking garage fits 2 vehicles. Such a lovely place to stay. We stayed in Sep so if you're skiing, it is a hike to the gondolas but the shuttle stop is close by.

Great place, great service!
Lovely place. Lots of room. Super comfy beds and pillows. Nice clean hot tub. Outdoor fireplace was really nice. A couple recommendations: Salt / pepper provided - would be nice if there were oils, etc. Kinda disappointed that was advertised a mini fridge in the lower floor that wasn’t there. Whistler platinum was on it and tried to remedy it, but had already purchased a cooler to suffice.

One of our favorite properties ever
We have stayed at a few different Whistler Platinum managed homes and this was one of our favorites. It is a townhouse set up and very well decorated and furnished. We had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted in the kitchen. The basement living space was a great section for the kids to play and watch their own shows. The master bedroom fireplace was a really nice touch. The hot tub was private and clean. We also loved the location along Fitzsimmons river. Although its not right on the mountain, it is a very short drive to the parking lots for skiing and right on the trails for lost lake. The underground parking garage with a private enclosed parking space and plenty of storage for ski stuff in the basement entryway made for an incredibly convenient morning and return from the mountain. This location is also fantastic for summer exploring since you\'re right next to the path to lost lake and other trails. We can\'t wait to return.

Convenient, comfortable accommodations close to the Village
After figuring out the check-in process, we were pleased with the property. We brought our family with teens and everyone had their own space and was happy. Kitchen was well-equipped but you will need to stop and get everything you’d need for the kitchen. If you want coffee I’m the morning, bring whole espresso beans for the coffee machine. Overall, we had a lovely time being an easy drive to the parking lots for Whistler Village.

Great place to stay
Our family of 6 stayed at Fitzsimmons Walk 12 for a week this July-August 2019. It was perfect! The location was perfect and beautiful. It was ideal for our family. We walked everywhere or rode bikes to the village or to Lost lake. The trails were incredible and very easy access! We would recommend to everyone!

Epic Unit
Fitzsimmons Walk 12 worked great for our group of 7. Super cool kitchen and hang space. Pretty good location, your just out of the main village but its easy to either drive there or catch a bus. Whistler Platinum was a great agency to work with, their customer service was above and beyond.
