This three-level townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that also warms the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a double vanity, deep-soaking bathtub, fireplace, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers twin beds and a TV. The shared ensuite includes a deep-soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed, desk, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room near the main entrance adds extra convenience.
Living spaces
Wide windows frame mountain views in the main lounge, where comfortable seating and a TV create a relaxed space to unwind after skiing or exploring Whistler. The indoor fireplace adds warmth during colder evenings, while air conditioning and heating maintain comfort year-round. A separate media room offers another gathering space with a large TV and a queen sofa bed, ideal for movie nights or additional sleeping space. Throughout the home, thoughtful touches like portable fans, a safe, and a dedicated workspace add practicality for longer stays.

Neighborhood
Located just north of Whistler Village beside Fitzsimmons Creek, the home sits in a quiet enclave close to the village’s shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Nesters Market is located just across the road for groceries and essentials, and a scenic trail leads into the village in about ten minutes. The setting offers a balance of easy access to Whistler’s winter activities while still providing a calm place to return to at the end of the day.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10-minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.
Getting Around
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market Shopping Center which is home to a grocery store, a liquor store, a pharmacy, a cafe, a Mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant.
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots, and an additional 5-minute walk to the base of the mountain
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.
Other Things To Note
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
