Hearthstone Lodge 3

This property was such a perfect spot for a 4-day, 3-night stay, with spot-on Canadian ski village vibe.
The unit's covered deck with view of Blackcomb mountain slopes (and overlooking Village Square) was a nice place for an early evening happy hour. We enjoyed walking the Village Centre and Village North pedestrian streets and partaking of free music and diverse shopping offerings while not needing our car (parked conveniently in an underground parking garage under the building). The Upper Village was a short drive and had additional shopping and mountain activity access.
On one of our days, we walked over to Mountain Square and rode up the Whistler Village gondola and enjoyed the mountain vistas on the way up/down, plus across to Blackcomb mountain on the "Peak-to-Peak" gondola.
The Whistler Village atmosphere was relaxed and the visitors (ourselves included) were active in enjoying the amenities. This condo fit right in for teeing-up a good experience!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here it was our first time there so impressed with all the amenities! The spa was awesome really great views. After a long day walking eating an amazing restaurants and it’s nice to know that we had such a comfortable place to come home too. What a treat to have a sauna. They were so accommodating and we had a few questions that The answered promptly. I would totally recommend this place it’s so fun even in the summer even without the snow. Perfect location having a grocery store underneath and liquor store made it nice to get everything we needed for food and drink. Can’t wait to go back for our next vacation. We had a fantastic stay at this Whistler condo—its central location made everything incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, and even a drugstore all just steps away (and the grocery/liquor store downstairs were much larger and better stocked than expected, making it easy to grab everything we needed for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks). I was in town for a conference, and being just steps from the conference center was a huge plus, allowing me to quickly run back for a jacket or charger during the day. The only minor downside was hauling a large suitcase and ski bag up the stairs on arrival, but once we were settled, it was a non-issue. The condo itself was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after long ski days. Despite being in the main village, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The Whistler Platinum team was excellent—very communicative with helpful pre- and post-stay emails, and they resolved a small issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Amazing place right in the heart of Whistler village. Walk downstairs to the grocery and liquor stores. Only a few minutes from the Gondolas. Beautiful condo with well working hot tub and sauna. Only thing to consider is because you are right in it, the noise at night from nearby clubs can be loud. Didn’t bother my group as we are up late but could be loud if you have kids going to bed early.

My husband and I rarely feel at home with majority of the airbnbs we stayed but this condo is definitely a place that we want to come back to, and that we want our friends to experience as well. It’s very comfortable, exactly the right size for us with our kids, very nicely furnished and equipped. The check-in was smooth (good clear directions) and we really appreciate being able to get into the condo without wait. The location is great both with respect to town and the lifts.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was cozy, the location was PERFECT and it had everything we needed! Super clean and I felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again! If I had ONE con it would be the sheets were not comfy. Highly recommend upgrading to a nicer sheet!! And pillows but otherwise it was awesome!

The chalet was really good. Amazing location and the wooden look made it feel like a Swiss chalet.

We enjoyed a perfect stay at Heartstone Lodge #3. It is charmingly decorated in wood decor and comfy furniture. Beds are excellent. We have been to Whistler many times and always with a vehicle. This visit we did not have a vehicle and faired extremely well without one. We have never stayed so central to the village before and loved it!. This location is a short walk to all the fabulous restaurants the village has to offer. It is also a short walk to most lifts and trails. We were able to walk around all the lakes in the Valley and up the Blackcomb and Whistler mountain trails from town. Fabulous! The balcony is huge and boasts a personal hot tub, which is an excellent value added feature to this stay. We made good use of it in the cool May long weekend weather. We also enjoyed the fireplace while watching the hockey playoffs. Again, a value added feature and much appreciated as we woke to snow on our last day. The balcony is open to the Village Square and can be quite lively some nights. Some may find it noisy, but with windows closed there was no issue for us. We enjoyed being in the centre of town and seeing the crowds, the skiers/snowboarders on the last open weekend and all the mountain bikers going through town. Would highly recommend this condo and would happily stay here again. Thanks to all who made our stay easy and seamless.

Just back from a 4 night stay. Great location, walk to the slopes and restaurants all around. Right above the grocery store was very convenient. Hot tub on the deck at the end of the day was a definite plus. Had 3 adults and a little challenging with the top bunk for an adult but would be great for kids. Staff was very responsive to questions. I would rent this unit again in the future.

Good spot, 5 minute walk from the lifts in the main village and listing matched the space. There was a small grocery store in the same building which was very nice. Fair warning to light sleepers, if you're in the bedroom near the outside you'll probably get woken up when the bars let out each night but I don't think that would be any different from any other spot in the main village - worth it for the lift proximity in my view.

Hot tub & sauna were good, but for us the noise and cigarette smoke coming up from outside at all hours was an issue. Kitchen was great, but sheets and pillows were very low grade and not very comfortable. Be prepared for all the stairs from ski storage!

Great location and the hot tub was clutch after a long day of riding. Unit was clean, would rent this condo again next time we visit Whistler. Only issue is that we didn’t realize until our 2nd day that there was an air conditioner unit in the corner cabinet. So the first night was pretty warm. Once we got that going it was comfortable.

Very comfortable condo and amazing location ! So nice to see the action in the village and the great view of Blackcomb Mountain from the balcony & hot tub! Access your own wine cellar downstairs (BC liquor store!) or pick up groceries on your way up. Kitchen is very well equipped. Living room & bedrooms are comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!

The unit was perfect for three adult travellers that were there to ski, but also be in the aprés action. No need for a car once we were there as the liquor and grocery store were literally in the building. The hot tub was well cared for and stayed balanced while we were there with one scheduled servicing. Communications with WP was consistent and constant. We would suggest changing the spring mattresses to memory foam,... we felt every single movement. There than that the place was cozy, and perfect.

The first impression of the property isn't the best, the stairwell and doors leading to the floors are very rundown and in need of some maintenance (warped wallpaper, duct tape over keypads etc.). Once we were in the condo, it was a different story, well cleaned, appointed and stocked. The space and layout was perfect for our small family (2 adults, 1 child). We really appreciated having the private hot tub and sauna after days of skiing and boarding. The only issue was that the unit got very warm, even with all the heaters off. We had to keep the slider door open most of the time to keep it cool enough to sleep. The location was great and the unit offered everything we needed.

Perfect unit for father/son Spring Break trip. Location cannot be beat for convenience and proximity to Gondola/lifts. Hot Tub was a lifesaver and made for some great people/dog watching. Grocery store right downstairs was really convenient. If you want to be in the middle of it all this is a good one. Would definitely stay again.

The deco made this very well located condo feel like a chalet! Everything we needed was in the condo, the sauna and hot tub were the cherry on top. In the heart of the main village with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs. We will be back this summer or next winter for sure!

This was my first time in Whistler and this place was perfect to have. we were able to explore the village at our leisure and enjoy the wonderful restaurants. There is a grocery store on the bottom floor which is perfect as well.
The space has so many wonderful amenities that staying in is just as fun as walking through the village. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. I intend to come back here again some day.

This condo was a great fit for our family of 5. As other reviewers have noted, the property is a bit worn around the edges, but everything worked just fine. The location is very convenient to amenities and lifts. The private hot tub was a huge bonus. Can't say enough good things about Whistler Platinum, the team took great care of us from start to finish.

The best part of this condo is the location. It's in the center of upper village, close to mountain access and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and great atmosphere. The interior is a little worn but definitely clean and comfortable. The balcony and hot tub is a great asset. We used it every day to relax and people watch. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. It was plenty spacious enough for the 6 of us. 2 couples and 2 teens. Our only complaint was that as it was a very hot week we were there in the summer- mid 80's to low 90's and the unit didn't have central a/c, it did get very hot and stuffy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The a/c unit really only reached the living room area. Thankfully they provide 2 fans which kept us able to deal with it. But it was very hot in the master bedroom and bathroom (no windows) and we had to move the fan constantly to deal with the heat. Just be prepared for that if you don't deal with heat well and visit in the summer! Overall however we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again if it's available on our next trip. We had an absolutely awesome mountain biking vacation in whistler and are already talking about going back next summer.

Excellent experience and outstanding service from Whistler Premium, really helpful and responsive. Accommodation was perfect for a family of four, nicely appointed and location above the grocery (and wine!) store so handy. The two minute walk to the gondola's was just perfect and didn't need to venture more than a few steps to some great restaurants. We were initially worried that the square would be very noisy, but it wasn't the louder bars seem to be the at the other end of town. Insulation between the condo's isn't brilliant, so will hear others walking around in the upstairs Condo and when guests next door are loud you can hear them. We would definitely return.

Had the most amazing time in Whistler and was in the perfect location. Above a liquor and grocery store so after a day on the slopes we wound down with a nice glass of red wine, cheese and fruit platter on the side in the spa bath.

Steps to the gondola. In the heart of Whistler Village. Would definitely return and stay at Hearthstone again. Unit was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the balcony hot tub.

Lovely lodge experience in the center of Whistler Village. We enjoyed the private sauna and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped and the overall decor of the Lodge was perfect!
