This payment plan is available for winter 2025/26 stays (December 1, 2025 – May 25, 2026) booked by April 30, 2025.
The booking confirmation will include full details as to the balance owed. The statement of account will outline the remaining balance in detail.
If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:
Within 48 hours of booking: You will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the service fee and any associated taxes.
Up until and including your second payment: Your deposit will be converted into a Future Stay Credit, valid for 24 months from your original stay date.
After the third payment: Payments become non-refundable, and you will no longer be eligible for a Future Stay Credit.
For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip insurance, which can help protect you from unexpected changes to your travel plans.
